Classical Guitar Concert: Music of the Renaissance

A Saturday afternoon Classical Guitar Concert of music from the Renaissance. Early music by John Dowland, Francis Cutting, Luis de Milán, Luis de Narváez, Alonso Mudarra and others.

With galliards by Dowland and pavanes by Milan, the concert also includes the tunes Willson’s wilde, Tarleton’s Resurrection, and Guardame las Vacas. Played by guitarist Tim Christmas.

Michaelhouse Arts Centre is in the centre of Cambridge next to the market square

Tickets ten pounds at the door.
The doors open at 2.45pm, and the concert ends at 4pm.
